A beautiful Cala hidden in the Tramunatana mountains in Banyalbufar: Port de Sa Pedra. Together with friends we mixed a Negroni and went for a swim. This was our recipe:

A while ago we started to mix cocktails in a porró. This famous Spanish drink vessel with its long neck. Drinking from a porró is kind of a ritual of sharing. Not everyone can drink from it and sometimes it gets wet and messy. Wine is usually drunk from a Porró, but we love to use it for cocktails. As a tribute to the Porró, we created the Porroni. Kind of a negroni, but drunk out of a porró.

You need:

Combine all the ingredients in a porró and cool it in a bowl of ice. You can drink directly from the porró or serve in a tumbler.
